I couldn't find this already done anywhere online, so I re-created the DT-600 programming card. The card measures 2"x12" (51 x 304mm) so will need to be printed on tabloid-sized inkjet transparencies. I recommend at least 7 mil. Not sure these would work on laser-printed transparencies due to the toner's lack of density on a transparency. One file is an SVG for those with vector drawing programs (or who want to download Inkskape) and the other file is a low-quality PNG.
