While in Istanbul last week I saw Ilford 35mm slide film on the shelf of a stockist.
They had very large supplies of all the Ilford B&W films in 35mm & B&W but no sheet films, but what surprised me was the fresh Ilford 35mm Diapositive film, obviously made by Ferrania as it said made in Italy.
Perhaps not so surprising because Ilford B&W films seem to dominate the market in some countries (outside Europe & North America)and are far easier to find than Kodak, as is Foma.
Ilford's last slide film was Ilfochrome, made for them by Sakura (Konica), that name is now used instead of Cibachrome by the Swiss company who manufacture the former Ciba products.
