I'm curious to know why it's that dilution, specifically, that you want to try with Delta 3200.
I've tried Delta 3200 in Rodinal 1+50 once. Can't remember if it was at 3200 or at 1600. What I do remember is how terrible it looked: too much grain (and I love grain!), no shadow detail, blown highlights.
As Koraks mentioned, Rodinal is really not made for pushing film, but if you want to experiment, go for it.
The 1:100 dilution is generally used for stand or semi-stand development. As you can see below, Agfa did not recommend that dilution for Delta 3200.
