Ilford Delta 100 or 400 at ISO 200 with ID 11

Hello,
I use both Delta Films (120) and like to develop with ID11 (one shot 1+3 if possible)

The Delta 400 has to be developed 1:1 for 400 ASA, but 200 ASA can be done with 1+3.

In the moment I use The Delta 100 with ISO 100 as a standardfilm.
What about the 400 exposed as 200 ASA. How does it compare to the 100, are there advantages or disadvantages?

For 200 ASA, which film of the two would you recommend.

Negatives get "scanned" by Repro Photography, by the way.

If you need to shoot at EI 200 I would choose Delta 400 over 100 simply to keep shadow detail. Many shoot it at EI 200 all the time. In 120 grain is less of an issue unless you're enlarging alot. Many find the Delta 100 more of a 50 speed film, so shooting it at EI 200 is more of a two stop push and you're not going to keep shadow detail doing so.
