Since no one has replied, and I just opened a package of new U.S.-manufactured Perceptol, the answer is yes. Part A and Part B individual laminated plastic/metal envelopes are inside the outer laminated envelope. Long-term storage ought be quite good with these redundant barriers against moisture and oxygen.
