No, I took it to indicate Ilford's management were more interested in the health and safety of themselves and their workers than in trying to "power through" the pandemic. They planned for this with a ramp-up in production before the shutdown, and now they're warning us about it and promising to resume production as soon as it's safe to do so. The date is just a coincidence, I think, more due to the course of the pandemic in England than to what the calendar says.
