Yes, it is about Ilford products, but the ones from Ilford Imaging. Not those from Harman (Ilford Photo).

The connection with Harman though is that Harman will, as before, be licenced to use the Ilford brand and other names for their b&w halide product range

Harman has a good position with "Ilford Photo" and their b&w products still bearing their classic names. The problem rather is that the confusion is going on. Also it is not clear what new products under the Ilford brand will emerge from the new owners aside ink-jet related ones.

The company is transforming into a think tank of creativity and originality for consistency, offering superlative products and services.

Ya just gotta love corporate-talk! I believe this means that they are going to think hard and be as creative as possible to figure out ways not to change.

Sounds like the Just bought the trademarks and the Formulas, not any of the infrastructure.

The Illford Brand being owned by two firms has been with us for a while, ever since the Film and Photo Paper business was restarted by Harmon Technology. (which itself could be confusing as there is a Harmon firm in the electronics business.

No, no infrastructure. Who wants such infrastructure these days?

By the way, it is Harman in both cases.
