No, it will fog multigrade paper. Take a look at the safelight brochure here: https://www.ilfordphoto.com/amfile/.../763/product_id/613/?___store=ilford_brochure

You want a 902 filter, which you notice cuts off everything below 550 nm. The 907 allows light from about 500-575 nm, so is not in the range to which the paper is blind.

Craig is correct. The 907 (dark green) was made for "very slow panchromatic products" and will fog paper at light levels where it can let you can see anything!
You need a 902 (amber) or 906 (red) or their equivalents.
