I re-checked the KeyPhoto site and it is definitely Ilford Art 300 in 7.5 x9 and yet the only size close to this on the Ilford site is 7x9.5 .
I suspect that KeyPhoto like the OP may have the measurements the wrong way round. Equally puzzling is that you can buy this size in a 50 sheet box from KeyPhoto at £62.50. Buy the same paper direct from Harman Express and it will cost you £88.74. A difference of £26.24 for the same box
OK each seller is entitled to charge what it thinks it can get but at Harman Express a box of 50 sheet Ilford Art 300 in 8 x 10 (20.3 x 25.4) is £12.90 cheaper than it is in 7x9.5.
So for anyone sold on the 7x9.5 size I suggest that if you use Harman Express then buy the 8x10 and save yourself money. If you buy enough of it then eventually it will pay for a decent paper trimmer or at least new blades in the short term. Actually use KeyPhoto for both sizes as there is a saving of £9 there on buying 8x10 compared to 7.5 x9.
There's "nowt(nothing) so queer( strange) as folk" as we say in the N of England or as we say on APUG there's nowt so queer as pricing
