Hi Fellow Apugers,
I know that the Ilford Multigrade 500H head will cover up to 4x5 with the right mixing chamber, but does anyone know if it's possible to obtain coverage of a 5x7 negative, as well?
I bought one of these a while ago from a friend because it had an adapter to allow it to fit on my Durst 1318, so I naturally assumed that it would actually cover the maximum format for that enlarger. However —now that I'm finally getting around to installing it—, I'm getting the feeling that I was stupid to assume it would cover 5x7!
Does anyone have experience with this equipment (I mean, used together)? I'd appreciate any concrete information!
