Awhile back, @NortheastPhotographic gave me and a friend this behemoth of a processor, and we decided to set it up in the kitchen. After the lack of an operating manual and half of a service manual, we managed to get the processor fully running! Quite a lot of trial and error (and regret), but I am pleased with the final result. Ilford knew how to make a processor to withstand the test of time (and a pickup truck), and we are hoping to convert it to RA-4 in the spring. Here is a video of the path to "success" if anyone was curious, and if anyone else stumbles across one and would like me to answer any questions, I would be happy to (I have found little info online about it). Thanks again for the processor, Northeast! Also, if anyone manages to find more manuals on this, please let me know.

I witnessed 3 of these scrapped. I could have had for free. Glad to see people still interested in these. I think there's still many in use based on demand for the chemistry.

It's very possible! Although I wonder if mostly the table-top ones are being used these days. The dryer, although really nice, makes it incredibly heavy, and makes it require 240V

Yes you are correct, the ones I witnessed were the "tabletop" versions, still huge. I have a couple of the dryers, these run on 110V and are 30-40 lbs. All this stuff was built like a tank. I saw an Ilford litho film processor that took 36 inch wide film. I wish someone would write a book about this equipment as it's amazing!
