How do I order? This is the first year nothing catastrophic has happened to keep me from buying.
I go to the seller list. I go to their sites I can’t find the price for what I need Or the seller has nothing listed.

Where are you, and which retailers on the list are convenient or practical for you to use?

in the states. Looked at Freestyle photo, View Camera store, fotocare, And Blue moon. in the desert southwest I look for places near me because of the heat. Shorter shipping.

But generally, I would use the Contact form on each retailer's site and ask them.

There are instructions on Blue Moon's web site describing how to order from the ULF menu. Basically, you look at the price list and then call them to order.
