A few of us were interested in FP4+ in this size, and Fred inquired and got a SKU, so a couple of us who had placed orders announced it in places like the LF Forum and graflex.org. I don't know if that brought in any more orders, but I suspect that if it were on the schedule up front so that all the participating distributors had it on the list, the market would emerge.
I'm sure there are a lot more 2x3" press cameras and baby Linhofs out there than 7x11" and 4x10" cameras. Since I've been shooting the 2x3" Technika, I've settled into a routine where I like a 400-speed rollfilm like Delta 400 or Tri-X for handheld shooting with rangefinder focusing, and a slow-medium speed sheet film for view-camera style shooting on a tripod with groundglass focusing and the option of individual development control for each sheet. For now, that's been mostly Efke PL100, but it would be great to have FP4+ in that format.
