DESCRIPTION: Ikoflex IIA With Zeiss Opton Tessar 75/3.5, Cap & Case. Speeds B-500. Camera was made sometime between 1953-1956 according to Mckeown’s. Some camera features are: Camera won’t fire with focus hood folded down, red flag shutter cocked indicator and fresnel focus screen was standard on this model. Uses 120 film. Which provides a very bright viewfinder. As shown.

CONDITION: Overall camera body is very good. There is light soiling, black paint wear on Ikoflex name plate on top front. Leather case is very good. I don’t see any scratches on the lenses. Viewing lens has some faint fungus that I think will clean up fine and doesn't effect focusing. Taking lens has no fungus, just some common dust specks and light haze. Shutter blades and iris are clean and dry. Focus is smooth. Film advance/shutter cocking lever and counter is working. Shutter is working and all speeds sound at least ear accurate at all speeds except speeds 10-1 stick. B setting works fine. Camera hasn’t been used in a while and the slower speeds were improving with me exercising the camera. Aperture adjustment wheel is working smoothly. Outer edge of housing around lenses has some common white aluminum oxidation. Lens cap is very good but has some soiling/oxidation inside. Film compartment is clean and seals are good.

I have a similar camera to this and I can tell those considering it that it's a great little camera bith for using or collecting. It's a Zeiss camera so it's built like a tank. The lens is a tessar which is very sharp and the rendering is unusual and interesting. Good price for this. GLWS, Bob.
