Ikoflex IIa repair?

I have an Ikoflex IIa - the late version of this model - and would like advice on to whom to consider sending it for repair. It needs, most likely, nothing more than CLA - a lot of C.

How likely is it that I'll be able to find an original leather case for this camera? Where should I look?
