RB67 - I think it is a Pro, but I cannot be sure.

I'd guess the 90mm lens.

Mamita? I think its a Mamiya RB67.

That's RB67 Pro-S with flash-shoe missing, lens is Sekor 90/3.8 with aperture set about f/22 ?! )
