I got this with a bunch of other camera gear and I'm not 100% on it's best use. Came in a small black leather(ish) case. It fits over the viewfinder of the Pentax K1000 I have hear. The piece itself focuses and magnifies as you look through it. So it seems it is some sort of fine focuser that adjusts to your eyes (as in Diopter) . Maybe someone here has more info and/or use for this.

Thank You

Thanks guys, I guess that is a cool thing if you need one, but I'm not sure I do. Maybe good for copy work?

Ian, funny you say that, I got 2 Canon EOS rebel and 2 Canon EOS 620 in the same lot. I need to see if they work properly and you will probably see them in the classifieds.

They're useful when printing and for precise focusing when using cameras with a ground glass. Also for examining negatives.

Just an FYI, it will also fit a Mamiya 645 prism finder and vice versa.
