When visiting antique shops, be it books or photographic equipment or photographic related material. What would be your ideal find? For me it would be walking into an antique bookshop and finding Talbots notebook L (never found) but believed to exist.
I found a beautiful Rolleiflex for $180 at an outdoor antique fair. It's 60 years old and looks and shoots fine. I got a Nikon N70 plus a Nikkor 50mm f1.4 lens (1960s era) together for $20.
The Holy Grail I have not found on my thrift store ramblings is a Nicca 45L rangefinder camera. Was also sold as the Tower (Sears) 45 or 46 or the Yashica YF (in slightly different configurations.) First class camera.
