It came on a Zone VI tripod from an estate that used medium format primarly. The best I can find online is a 3047 or 3039 but all pictures of them have thumb levers for the quick release plate where this one has a screw knob. Thanks in advance. The grips are oldfashioned, the receptible for the camera-plate has single studs instead of a closed rim, there are seperate rubber pads instead of one.
