Icarex 35 for the collection

Latest purchase, another Icarex. First SLR with a waist level viewfinder. I think these are my favorite 35mm SLRs. This is one of the earlier models with an interchangeable view finder.

It will need a CLA a some point but works well enough when the temps are above 50 F.

I assume you mean first for you, since there were a bunch with waist level finder before, both interchangeable and fixed?
On 35mm, I find the waist level finder image quite small and prefer the prism finders (only waist level finder I have for 35mm is for a Praktina), of course on a medium format it is a different story...

Typo on my part sorry about that. I agree the waist level is small on the 35mm. And your right it’s the first for me. Fun to experiment with but I definitely find waist level of my Icarex much better.
