Take a look at the many models listed at http://www.historiccamera.com/cgi-bin/librarium2/pm.cgi?action=app_display&app=datasheet&app_id=1254 and see if you can identify yours.
In the meantime, based on the ebay pictures, identify the camera front and the bed. On the camera top about center of the bed from about 1/4 inch (6mm) to body center back from the front edge there may be a rounded bump under the leather that will push down.
If the bed does not pop open when the button (bump) is pushed down fully then hold it down and pull outward on the top lip of the bed as it may be stuck.

The bed opens fine and the bellows look good although the shutter isn't working. Need to get in the back where you load the film to look at the shutter and opening the back is what has me stumped

In the linked ebay photos on the side opposite the wind, on the front center of the edge is a brass looking piece. It lifts outward from the inside or outside edge, presses in at the body edge or similar. It may be stuck and need some gentle persuasion. It may slide up or down or there is another button under the leather along that end of the camera.
What shutter is on the camera?
