I don't think they were all made in the UK.
I have one, just took a look at it. The front cell's trim ring has s/n RO1746 so it was made in 1956. "Made in U. S. A. by Eastman Kodak Co. Rochester, N. Y." is engraved on the side of the front cell's barrel. The shutter is a Synchro Compur #1 with press focus but not marked P, s/n A535024, has an ASA type flash terminal, is marked Graphic on the front plate. More grist for your mill.
Here's another example: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Kodak-Ektar...mpur-Graphic-Shutter-For-Repair-/290871439777
As I've been saying, there were no rules in Rochester and no one followed them.
Cheers,
Dan.
