As the title states, I was able to get my FlexTight Precision II scanner working on 64-bit Windows 11. Previously I had an ancient Pentium II 400MHz Windows XP dedicated scanning computer and the workflow was just terrible. I wrote a guide over at my site for anyone interested!

Additionally, I made sure to archive the different versions of FlexColor out there. The downloads are available at another page on my site, or you can view my profile over at Archive.org.

Hope this helps someone out there!

Wow this is excellent!

In semi-related news, those of us using Pakon 35mm scanners now also have the option to run under 64-bit Windows 10/11. See https://github.com/ktkaufman03/FX35. The developer has a nice write-up about how he did it at https://ktkaufman03.github.io.
Given how junky current scanners seem to be (save for some of the Epsons) it's wonderful to have the option to run these high-end "legacy" scanners with modern hardware. Running my Pakon under Windows XP was getting really old.

Just a suggestion - your "semi-related" news deserves its own thread - to make it a lot easier to find!

First, thanks to your article, my pii can link to wim11 successfully.
Recently, I was helping my friend connect to wim11, and I realized that your website article was closed.

Can you send me a copy to my email, or can you re-launch the site?
thank you so much !!!!!
