Hi,
I am looking at a good deal on a Beseler dual dichro S color head on ebay and I'm tempted to snag it but i'm not sure if it's got what it needs to function or if there are other things that I'd need or what.
I currently have a working 23CII at home and just wanted to know if this was a "bolt on" and go item for me or is there more to it?

Here is the auction link:

First, I believe the "s" version has the integral power supply, but I'd like to see the plugs on that one you referenced.

Also, it's my understanding that the Bes 23 colorhead can be used in either condenser mode or diffusion mode. That listing doesn't show the diffusion assembly.

Finally, there are brackets needed to hold the colorhead onto the enlarger head. I don't see those either.

This manual for the dual dichro (not S) will show the diffusion assembly and brackets.

The one that I got has what looks like normal AC plugs, the "non-S" has a different plug.
Yes, it can be used in both modes and it seems like it's currently rigged in condenser mode. I bought a second "non-S" to get the condenser assy and it's possible that it has the "hex cell diffuser" in it also, though no picture showed it.

When it comes Saturday I'll post more details.
