I wonder where is this - old photo from 1967

It's certainly Ge'ez script and probably Amharic. I don't know the language/script at all, but for ex I think the letters on the banner at extreme lower right say "Addis" - አዲስ courtesy google translate.

The handwriting on the back is hard to make out but I think the long word is "demonstr---" (likely demonstration, in what language?)
