Go for it. The only downside is it probably gobbles chemistry, so you need to be running a lot through to make it work. Finding 28 inch paper for it would probably be difficult at best.
If you are serious about your printing, this unit is a absolute steal. Well made and originally 20k.
If it is in good condition, parts are still available and technicans . You may want to research that I am right about parts and service in your area, but really a good workhorse.
