You could try Fastenal, they are pretty good for low quantities. Pan head screws also go by button head.

It might be hard to find an 0-80 with 1/32 thread length as that is very short. You may have to file a longer one down.

I was just shortening an M3 screw last week. I put two nuts on it, cut it and file the end. Then unscrew it from the nuts and that preserves the threads on the end.

#0-80 1/32 quantity 1
#0-80 1/8 quantity 2
Pan head
#1-64 3/32 to 1/4 quantity 3 counter sunk head.

Anyone have these or know of a source? Bolt Depot and MetricScrews.us don't have them. They are for the Kalart mounting and focus scales on a Meridian 45B.
These people show 0-80 pan head (Phillips) x 1/8": https://www.fastener-express.com/pan-head-phillips-machine-screws-stainless.aspx, you'd have to buy 100.

Couldn't find any 1-64 machine screws on their site, only 1-72.

You all have neglected my remark above that the screw must have as thinner stem to fit into the rail.
