I messed up. No fixer! Are my negs ruined?

This time yes. Typically, I follow standard developing directions. Even I was surprised that the stand development worked even though it went past an hour by about 20 minutes.
 
Btw, negatives didn’t look milky to me.

And that is odd. Rodinal doesn't have anything like enough sufite to clear negatives without some usual fixing agent.
