Has the world gone stark staring mad ? This auction http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Lomo-Lubitel-...yZ101640QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem has a lubitel 166B going for in excess of £20 ! OK it's boxed but IT'S A LUBITEL , The glass is from a coke bottle and focussing is best done with eyes closed. £5 I can understand , maybe £10 for a collector's model but this is about the price for a Canon 630 with a decentish zoom lens. Why ???? Confused of Cannock P.S if you want to move it to the lounge fine.

Because it's written "LOMO" in Cyrillic characters on it?

Dear Lord it went for £47.51!

I bought my lubitel for £15.

Brand new, box fresh, smelling of Russian gun oil, with accessories from a camera shop in Swansea 15 plus years ago.
I'd read about them in camera weekly, and wanted to have a play.

I've now got a collection of old 120 cameras, but I've not paid more than £15 for any of them
