I trimmed the leaders as prescribed in the IIIf owners manual and still got 25 frames on the two 24 exposure rolls of FP4+ I shot. I think it all depends on peoples style of loading and different cameras. I've heard of people getting 40 frames per 36 exposure roll on certain Nikon bodies, I've never got more than 38. I like multiples of six, it makes scanning easier.
