I have been using an EI of 50 for my 1998 dated TMX - 135 roll film though, and it was frozen for much of its life.

I got a few rolls of TMX dated 2004, with unknown storage. The first one, exposed at 100 and developed in Xtol looked fine, the second, a touch underexposed. So I'd probably do 80 or 64. The TMY I got from the same source and the same date had lost a lot more speed.
