I've bought several items from KEH, returned one that I mistakenly ordered (filter - I ordered the wrong size) with never a problem.
It does sort of bug me that they're (sort of - across the metro area a bit) local to me but still want to charge me a packing fee (or picking fee or "go in the back and get your stuff fee" or something) even if I go pick it up. This makes the difference in that fee and shipping about three bucks. Even with my 32-35 mpg car it would cost more than that to go get it, not to mention the convenience of having FedEx bring it to my door.
