I guess another question for PE..
So HAS is used for a developer preservative and for other things in emulsions right?
It's the sulphuric acid salt of hyrdroxylamine.
What about the hydrochloric acid salt of hydroxylamine.
This appears to be used as a anti-oxidant and scavenger for other purposes.
Would this do more or less the same job for developers? And what about emulsions?
I am asking since hydroxylammonium chloride appears more conveniently available than HAS.
