Hydroquinone dev has turned dark, dark yellow

I'll be as brief as possible, because I'm only wondering one thing:

It's not that old, a few months, and has been kept in an opaque bottle. Clip test goes to dark gray after about 60s. Does anyone have an idea of how long, if at all, I should compensate for in dev time?

Time a few clip tests until it gets to the maximum density you need. If it won't reach max-d then pitch it...
