**originally posted in wrong forum**
I've learned a ton on these forums -- and figured one of my fellow New Yorkers might benefit, so here goes.
I was in the B&H used department today and they had a very old Rolleicord on display -- probably from the late 30's, I'm guessing a version IIb or a Model 3. And it was **pristine** -- looked like it came out of a time machine. Pretty sure it had a case and it did have it's original manual. Absolutely beautiful -- the salesman commented that he had thought of snagging it himself. He said it was going for ~$200. I didn't test it out (because I knew that I would end up buying it and then my husband would shoot me) -- but if anyone is interested in a lovely late 30's Rolleicord -- go by and take a look. It is not on the website.
Oh, and if anyone buys it and gets in trouble with *their* significant other -- you didn't hear about it from me.
