Yup, you made me look. But first, I looked at a calendar to see if it was still April first.
By the way, I heard from a friend of a friend (who read it on the internet) that HP6 and FP5 will be offered in 35mm cassettes of 22 and 34 exposure. And the cassettes will glow-in-the-dark for easier handling in the darkroom. Won't that be cool!
Any announcements to do with analog photography always gets my hopes up, out of curiosity for the most part. Beats reading a 3 page preview of the new Canon 400D in a photography magazine. Time to subscribe to Emulsion, I think.
Don't bet on it - I have a couple of boxes of HP3 in 5x4, still in working condition!
I've also got quite a bit of HP4, and that still works too.
Both a little foggy, but still usable.
I was given them when a studio closed a while back, and thought I'd give them a whirl. I was amazed.
Ahh Simon Now that you are here. How is the film availability in 13X18 cm?
Cheers. I can't quite figure out the product sheets on the Ilford website.
As for the webstores I have visited its kind of "now its here, now its not"?
Somehow the lists I have seen are more or less outdated.
Cheers

>> Fleath: This topic got my hopes up and then dashed them. I demand them returned.
And to think my last dashed hopes were when I found a box of 8x10 SuperXX at work this week, and then discovered it had been cut into odd-ball sizes to contact print acrylamide gels.
Oh well, it was only SuperXX. Had it been HP5 I might have been actually upset.
