There is a link in each post in the bottom right hand corner "report this post", just click that.

Just a reminder that if you see spam on APUG, please use the "report post" function in the lower right hand corner of the post, and all the moderators will be notified by e-mail. It isn't necessary to report each spam post from a single user. Just report one of them, and it's a relatively quick operation to ban the spammer and delete all their posts.
