I bought a Nikon FG very cheaply to sell. The only flaw with it is that the disc with shutter speed markings on it is detached from the dial and rotates freely on top of it. I want to glue it back down but I can't remove the cocking lever to gain access. There's a set screw in the collar around the shutter release but removing it did not seem to do anything.

Has anyone done this?
