How to obtain this effect?

Hello everyone,

I really would like to understand how it's possible to make this effect. I'm printing colors of course and I've tried to do a normal contact printing but the paper turns black insted if become colored... What do you suggest?

Thank you! Can I do it with a flash light with a cyan filters or it's better to use the enlarger? The values should be M0 Y0 and a lot of cyan right?

No, I don't think that was done with an enlarger. Flashlight and colored filters and have fun!
