How to get replacement filter for the Beseler 45s?

I have the Beseler dichro 45 color computer head and the cyan filter is cracked and the yellow filter is missing a small piece. It still works fine but I wonder how do I get replacement filter?

There was somebody in teh US that sold filters but I can't remember the name now.

I'm fairly sure KHB here could sell you new filters and mail them. KHB is a Beseler factory service shop.
