How to fix Fuji X M1 shutter squeak

Hi,

So I have a X M1 with the shutter squeak problem that many have had. Problem is I can't return mine. Does anyone have any info on how to fix the problem or if it actually is a problem?

In the second half of the shutter movement you can hear the squeak I'm talking about. I listened to one in the store and it sounded much cleaner. A mechanical sound for sure but no high pitched squeak

Exactly. I went into a store here as well and it was mechanical, but not squeaky... Such a shame, I've heard a few people have the same sound and think it's ok as their camera hasn't broken down yet... Not sure how it will be in the long run.
