How to develop B&W film (HP4 100) with No Thermometer

That would be a medical thermometer, body temperatures under 35C are bad, hypothermia at best, three days dead at worst.

If your abmbient temperature is a lot higher that 24C look to a tropical developer, what folks did in the old days before water chillers.

Of course. I wasn't thinking about thermometers for taking human temperatures. These, of course, are not really suitable for monitoring room or chemical temperatures.
They are the cheapest ones for C-41 and even more precise than some more expensive ones, though as being maximum thermometers one has to adapt ones metering routine.
