How to contact Shanghai regarding custom orders

I know this is a bit of a long shot, but is anyone here familiar with Shanghai and how to contact them? I have tried writing to them using the email on their website, but have received no responses for almost a month since my last email.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Wasn't there someone here who claimed he had contact with Shanghai or was even linked to Shanghai?

Didn't he use the word account in his "nom de plume" or user name?

Anyone remember?

I can't recall seeing him recently however.

I thought he claimed to be a representative for Shanghai Films? Either way, we haven't heard a peep out of him for a long time. He probably fell out of a ten story window. Whoops, I forgot, that's Russia not China.

Yes I wasn't sure about the extent of his claim but I think you are right about his claim to be a representative. It's all very strange

Still haven’t found a good way to contact Shanghai. I did find one person that supposedly worked with them in the past, but they have not been active since around May 2020. At this point I’m beginning to wonder if it is even possible to contact them.

This is disappointing, but I guess understandable, considering how Chinese companies work.
