hi guangong
I can't speak for your v750 but my 4870 gets some sort of weird electronic hazy schmutz like
INSIDE the scanner, is that what you are referring to ?
I've cleaned mine a few times AND lubricated the scan arm when it was acting kind of old and
Tim Conway s l o w...
the way I did it was I got a soft blanket/towel or whatever and unplugged the scanner and turned it upside down on it. on the underside of the scanner are deep well screw holes
I took a screwdriver and unscrewed those screws, they hold the top / glass of the scanner onto the body. next I flip the scanner back over so it is right side up and slowly and carefully
pry the scanner apart. I haven't done it in about 7 or 10 years but I think if I am remembering correctly the front plate pops off and the scanner just easily comes apart.. ( maybe yours is different )
there are wires connected to the top part of the scanner so you have to be careful you don't get over zealous when it is apart from the body...
I then take a lint free cloth and put cleaning fluid
on it not the glass directly and clean the electronic schmutz from the underside of the glass. when I'm satisfied it is clean and dry I carefully reassemble the scanner being careful of the wires &al.
put the top back on, reattach the control panel in front and snap everything together, .. flip it over again on the towel and reinsert the screws... and its good for another 10,000 scans

maybe your scanner is configured the same way ?
im guessing there is a you tube video about disassembling it if dismayed's video doesn't show and my explanation doesn't give you enough.
good luck de-schmutzifying your scancam
