I have a phottix mitros flash. It died 2 weeks ago. I purchased a month ago. I am a professional wedding photographer who needs his equipment every weekend. I have my old SB flashes which luckily I haven't sold yet. The Phottix Mitros TTL Flash is covered by a 2-year warranty.
My problem is that I haven't been able to have the flash fixed because I can't connect the company. It looks like that the 2 year warranty doesn't really exist only on paper. I have sent several emails to the company and didn't receive any response so far.
I have also tried to call them but they don't speak English. I guess it is my problem because I don't speak Chinese.... LOL
My question: Have you ever had to deal with Phottix for warranty claims? If yes, how did you do it? Have you been successful? What should I do to have their flash fixed?
