I was given a box of ID-11 batch code: 82b083 and microphen batch code: 82b083. I can't seem to find a way to read Ilford's batch number to give me a date. Any help would be nice.

I'm not sure about the details, but if they are still sealed they should work fine. I've used very old powdered chemistry from tins and it worked just like the label said it should (Kodak Polydol developer).
