How much water flow for E6 washes?

I'm reading up on the home processing of E6. One guide I read said a 2.5 minutes wash between the 3 stages. fwir, the washing is critical so I want to get it as good as I can.

I can get a water bath to a stable 38'C easily enough but wouldn't running water at 38'C be better than pouring in wash water?

Once I know an ok flow rate, say x litres per minute, then I can work on a gizmo to give me that.

Just follow the procedure described.

BTW, the water bath temperature doesn't matter. What matters, is the temperature of the chemistry inside the tank.
