I suppose I'm quite lucky to have my Petri come to me in good working order. Apparently there are a lot of faulty or broken ones out there, and they have odd internal enginnering, so they are difficult to repair. Apparently spare parts are hard to source too.and the Petri in no certain order.
sorry to break it to you but since Nikon is not american then a non us version is not an identity crisis, at least not more than the american nameI think is is a non-US version of the Nikon N75 that is having an identity crisis

How many cameras do you need to own before men in white coats drag you off to a rubber room on the funny farm ?, there's a difference between being an enthusiast and being an obsessive hoarder of hundreds of cameras that you are never going to use.the title should appropriately be "Camera Hoarders"I think we just cornered the market
Fotoman 69
Leica MP
That's it.
For now.
I ask myself is it because they need some sort of reassurance that they are normal ?
It reminds me Steve about the story about two psychiatrists who meet in the street and one says to the other "hello, John, your O.K, how am I ?"I have lots of film cameras to reassure myself that I'm not normal.
Steve.
