how long does Fujifilm lab to process a roll of film?

Hi,
I think I am probably in a wrong place...,
but I really dont know where to ask

I bought a Fuji E6 mailer and sent out a roll of RDPIII on Nov. 8th.
And it is still not back yet...

I am quite worry about it
as it is a self-rolled RDPIII in a -ve container.
I put a note into the envelop together with the roll...
Will they refuse to process it...?

Is there any way to track it?

chrome film goes from fuji to dwaynes .. then back to fuji then to you
( at least it did whenever i sent it through sams/wallys )
and it is a 2 week service ..

if you have the tag from your bag / mailer
you can call the 800# and ask
