How long does Arista Premium Hypo Wash Keep?

I'm considering buying the 32 ounce Arista Premium Hypo Wash. How long does the stuck solution keep? I dont know how long it'll take to go through the whole bottle, which Freestyle says should be mixed up 1:43 (which will make 11 gallons). I'd hate to buy the whole bottle then not use it all.

I do my own printing, but my printing sessions are sporadic. I might do a lot of printing one month and then very little the next. If I kept the bottle under my sink and just mixed up what I need for that session, how long can I expect it to last (a general estimate, of course. I know different storage conditions will affect storage life)

Seeing at it is a 4-7% solution of sodium sulfite, I'd guess that water evaporation from the stock bottle might be your biggest worry.

I dont know much about chemistry and chemicals and stuff, but you make it sound as if I wont have to worry too much about it going bad. I'll drop a bottle in my Freestyle shopping cart then.
